White Chalets are passionate about healthy, hearty, organic food. All our food is freshly prepared on site by our fully trained super hosts. We source local fresh breads, pastries and all things organic.
Our fully catered ski chalet offers 3 COURSE meals, which are set at a candle lit table and all meals beautifully plated. Each evening a local Bulgarian digestif Rakia is offered to our guests, made by our neighbour!
Drinks - We serve complimentary unlimited locally sourced and simply beautiful red and white wine and good local beer each evening with meals. You are welcome to help your self to free tea, coffee and hot chocolate all day.
Breakfasts - Consist of a hearty porridge, a different egg option on each morning, pastries, bread, jams, cereals, fruits, yoghurts all served with tea, coffee and juice. You can also choose to have a Full English cooked breakfast at a small additional charge.
Afternoon tea - You are welcomed home after a day on slopes with afternoon tea and a homemade cake. This will be served i n the sitting room next to a warm log fire, lit on 6 days by your hosts!
Kids Meals - High tea is served at 6pm. All Children's meals are freshly prepared each evening. Children can enjoy a Friday night pizza making!
Dinner - A hearty 3 course meal using locally sourced produce is served on 6 evenings, local beer and wine is unlimited during meal times. Chalet Soltir also has a wine cellar with a choice of world wines for you to choose from if you wish.
Extras - We offer all our guests the choice to have cocktails and antipasti for an additional £37 pp. Served on 5 nights next to the fire and around the hot tub!
Dietary Requirements - In our Chalet we can cater for all allergies and dietary requirements, including severe nut allergies and other allergies, gluten free/celiac diets, protein free diets, and vegetarians.
We are happy to discuss the children's likes and dislikes at the start of week. Being parents ourselves we understand how some children have their favourite foods!
Parents with infants are welcome to use our kitchen to heat food or milk.

Starter: Locally sourced pea and honey roast bacon soup with crusty bread
Main: Garlic and Prosciutto Chicken breast in white wine sauce, roast courgette, venetian 'Charena Sal' Bulgarian potatoes.
V Ultimate slow cooked bean bake topped with locally sourced cheese
Dessert: Winter berry cheesecake with raspberry compote

Starter: Homemade chicken liver pate with orange and brandy served with melba toasts
Main: Apricot and cider roast pork spindle, creamy potato gratin, roasted fennel with orange, buttered carrots and a cider sauce
V Spiced roasted aubergine, feta and tomato stack
Dessert: Sticky toffee pudding served with a walnut and caramel sauce
