Chalet Food and Wine

White chalets use only local organic produce sourced easily ether from their friendly neighbours of Chalet Soltir or local shops in the area.

Mark and Amy your hosts have been cooking professionally for 6 years and have taken a lot of inspiration from France, Italy, Greece and Bulgaria and of course all meals have that home cooked feel.

We aim to consistently deliver high quality food throughout the season. White Chalets are happy to cater for any dietary requirements during your stay. All we will need is a little notice, we can also send you your menu for you to look at before your stay.

For our guests in all of our chalets we stock Cadburys hot chocolate drink, PG tips, Marmite, HP and Ketchup so you won't feel too far from home!!

Hearty breakfasts get you off to the right start each morning with a selection of tea, fresh filter coffee, juices, porridge, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, pancakes, fried eggs , boiled eggs , scrambled eggs, omelettes or a local sweet or savoury pastry.

On your return from the slopes, a freshly baked cake will be available with tea and coffee or even a mug of hot chocolate. All tea and coffee is unlimited.

For a little extra cost Antipasti and cocktails will be served before a delicious 3-course meal each evening.

After your meal, share ski stories around the table with a short coffee or a digestif or simply steal a quiet moment in front of the roaring fire.

White chalets also offer a menu of European wines for you to try.

Complimentary wine during meal times is included in the apartments.

In each chalet menus are written on a chalk board in the dining room each day which gives you an opportunity to let your chef know if there is a particular dish that you would prefer not to have.

There is one day each week where your will have the chance to sample some of Bansko's local dishes. We will gladly recommend and reserve you a table in a Mehana, also known as a Bulgarian restaurant.

On this day, breakfast will be laid out for you and you will still enjoy homemade treats when you return from the slopes.
