How far is the transfer to Bansko from Sofia?

The transfer time from Sofia to Bansko takes around two hours.

We have children and may need to return to the chalets at different times to the rest of the group, how flexible is the minibus service?

A member of our staff can come and collect you at any time of day.

We are coming late/early in the year, how reliable is the snow record in Bansko?

Each year we have lots of snow from December. Bansko has 55 snow cannons covering each piste to insure good snow coverage throughout the year.

I love variation and backcountry. Is there much off-piste skiing?

The off piste in Bansko is extensive with lots of good tree runs between the slopes. We can also organise an off piste guide for you holiday!

Is there much night life?

Here at White chalets we organise a Monday night pub crawl to show you all the bars in town ending up In a club. There are 4 main nightclubs and lots of good fun bars for après ski!!

Is the entire chalet available for exclusive use?

Yes chalet Soltir is only available for exclusive use.

Our friend is having a birthday. Can you organise birthday celebrations?

We can organise balloons, banners, cakes and champagne for any birthday celebration.

Are the chalets set up for families and young children?

Families are welcome in all our chalets and the welcoming atmosphere that we promote makes it easy for likeminded families to share the same accommodation and ski or eat together. We can supply child gates, high chairs, cots and an in house qualified English nanny if you so wish.

Will there be queues on peak weeks?

There may be a wait at the gondola on peak weeks at the gondola however we are available to give you a lift up to the next chair lift any time.

I have a child that is under 3 years old, do you offer a discount ?

We offer children under 12 a 20% discount and children under 3 years old a 50% discount.
